(“TechSolutions”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience when using our services, visiting our websites, or interacting with our team. This Privacy Policy covers our handling of personal information in connection with our cloud, security, AI, and DevOps services, as well as marketing and support interactions.

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws. If you are in the EU or UK, TechSolutions is the data controller of your personal data.

2. information we collect

We collect information to provide better services to you. The categories include:

  • Contact details: name, work email, phone number, job title, company name.
  • Account & billing: username, password hash, payment method (processed via PCI‑compliant partners).
  • Usage data: interactions with our portals, support tickets, product usage metrics.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers (for security and analytics).
  • Special categories: we do NOT intentionally collect sensitive data (health, biometrics) unless explicitly part of a HealthTech engagement and covered by a BAA.

Note: For our HealthTech and FinTech clients, we act as a data processor. The data you store in our platforms is governed by your own privacy policies and our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

3. how we use information

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services (contract performance).
  • Improve, personalize, and develop new features (legitimate interest).
  • Communicate with you about support, updates, and security alerts (contract / legal obligation).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interest).
  • With your consent, send marketing communications (you can opt out anytime).

4. when we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:

  • With subprocessors (e.g., cloud infrastructure, ticketing systems) under strict data protection terms. List available on request.
  • To comply with legal obligations (court orders, regulatory requests).
  • With your explicit consent or at your direction.

All subprocessors are vetted and bound by confidentiality and data security requirements.

5. international data transfers

We operate globally and may transfer data to the United States, India, the UK, and Singapore. For transfers from the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions where applicable. Our Data Processing Addendum reflects these safeguards.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. security and retention

We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption (at rest and in transit), access controls, and regular audits. We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Typically, account data is retained for the duration of your contract plus 90 days, unless longer retention is required by law.
